Robert Kalanda

Robert completed his articles of clerkship with the Heydary Law Firms, and was called to the bar in September of 2012. His practice is focused on corporate, commercial, intellectual property, and litigation matters.





Professional & Community Activities

Robert participated in numerous moot competitions during his time as a law student at the University of Western Ontario and was a caseworker for Community Legal Services at Western Law.

Robert was an executive member of the Western Intellectual Property Association, and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association.

Credentials

Robert holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Western Ontario (2011) with a concentration in Intellectual Property, Information, and Technology. He also holds an Honours Specialization in Media, Information, and Technoculture from the University of Western Ontario (2008). He successfully completed the Barrister and Solicitor licensing examinations in 2011.
