Samantha Nessan

Practice Areas

Samantha joined the firm in 2007 as a summer student.  Upon her graduation in 2008, she will be returning to Heydary Hamilton to complete her articles of clerkship.

As a law student with the firm, Samantha has assisted our lawyers in all aspects of civil litigation and commercial/corporate matters including entertainment law, contractual disputes, copyright, family law and franchise litigation.

Credentials

Currently, Samantha is finishing her third year of the LL.B. program at Osgoode Hall Law School.  She also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto (2003).

Samantha has experience in American civil litigation.  She interned at the Office of the Corporation Counsel at the New York City Law Department.     

Samantha is conversant in Aramaic.
