Donald authored the trade-mark section of the Thomson West 2009 publication “Business Laws of Canada” in addition to being a regular contributor to the Quarterly IP Case Summaries for the Canadian Bar Association (National IP Section).

Donald has presented on numerous occasions on issues relating to intellectual property law before the Toronto Board of Trade and the York Technology Association.

Credentials

Donald received his LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario with an area of concentration in Intellectual Property Law, Information and Technology Law, his BEng (Computer Systems Engineering) with high distinction from Carleton University in addition to a BScH (Life Science) from Queen’s University.
