Javad is a business lawyer whose practice is focused on commercial transactions, e-commerce and franchising law. In addition to his commercial practice, Javad also manages complex dispute resolution matters for a select group of clients.   Javad is the Chairman & Managing Director of the firm.

Credentials

Javad received his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, Toronto, Canada and his B.A. with distinction (Political Science) from the University of Toronto, Canada.

Javad is licensed to practice law both in Canada and the U.S.; he is a member of the Ontario Bar and the New York Bar. Javad is also a registered trade-mark agent.

Javad is fluent in Persian (Farsi) and conversant in Spanish.
