At Heydary Hamilton PC, we are dedicated to providing our clients with high quality legal services at a reasonable cost. Not only can we work on a budget, but we aim to exceed our clients' expectations for quality and timely service.

Hourly Rates

The hourly rate for our lawyers ranges from $220.00 to $980.00 per hour.  Unlike most law firms, our hourly rates are not based on a lawyer's seniority but are solely determined by that particular lawyer's experience and expertise in the area of law in question.

Initial Consultation

We limit our fees for an initial one hour consultation to $150.00 to $450.00, depending on the complexity of the subject matter and the expertise of the lawyer/s providing the consultation.

For certain matters (such as the following), we provide free initial consultations: personal injury and class action claims.

Federal Government Discount

Employees of the Government of Canada, including members of the Canadian Forces and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, will receive a 10% discount on all of our published fees.

Volume Discounts

We do provide discounts on our hourly rates to clients who have a high volume of legal work on an ongoing basis. These discounts can be as high as 30% for companies which have an in-house legal department.
