Hourly Rates

The hourly rate for our lawyers ranges from $150.00 to $480.00 per hour.  Unlike most law firms, our hourly rates are not based on a lawyer's seniority but are solely determined by that particular lawyer's experience and expertise in the area of law in question.

Initial Consultation

We limit our fees for an initial one hour consultation to $150.00 to $450.00, depending on the complexity of the subject matter and the expertise of the lawyer/s providing the consultation.

For certain matters (such as the following), we provide free initial consultations: personal injury and class action claims.

We are so confident of the quality of our work and our pricing that we will honour any competing law firm's written estimate on the following:

Federal Government Discount

Employees of the Government of Canada, including members of the Canadian Forces and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, will receive a 10% discount on all of our published fees.

Volume Discounts

We do provide discounts on our hourly rates to clients who have a high volume of legal work on an ongoing basis. These discounts can be as high as 30% for companies which have an in-house legal department.

From clients in Ontario, we accept the following methods of payment:

From clients outside Ontario, we only accept the following methods of payment:
