Summer Student

Heydary Hamilton PC will be accepting applications for law school summer students for 2012. Please note that the application deadline is September 6th, 2012. Please avoid sending secondary e-mails or calling to follow up as only those considered for an interview will be selected and contacted.

Minimum Requirements:

• Academic qualifications:
• Undergraduate Grades: Minimum A /A+
• Must have one of the followings: ability to speak a second language or have unique life experiences
• Must be seriously considering articling with our firm and/or becoming an associate after articling

Additional qualifications:

• Hardworking
• Good judgement
• Excellent people skills
• Business sense
• Ability to follow directions, to take initiative and to demonstrate independent judgement
• Highly intellectual but possesses common sense
• Interest in Civil Litigation

The firm offers students the opportunity to develop their skills and work with senior lawyers on complex matters. It is our belief that the summer period should be used to prepare students for a challenging and professional environment and for further opportunity to article with our firm.
