Law Clerk: Real Estate

Heydary Hamilton PC is seeking a Real Estate Clerk.  The selected candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a small to mid-size firm.

Essential job functions and duties include but are not limited to:

  • Advanced knowledge of the following applications: Conveyancer, Teranet and Electronic Registration, PCLaw and Outlook
  • Excellent knowledge of all real estate procedures including but not limited to Purchase, Sale, Refinancing, drafting Reporting Letters and familiarity with Transaction Levies and generation of final bills in PCLaw
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
