Client Services & Reception Coordinator

Heydary Hamilton PC, one of the leading law firms located in downtown Toronto, is currently seeking a full time Client Services/Reception Coordinator.

Candidates must have:

  • 1-2 years education in customer/client services or 1-3 years experience in a customer/client services role;
  • Experience handling a multi-line telephone;
  • Professional office experience an asset;
  • Client Services focused;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills ;
  • A strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
  • Meticulous attention to detail & ability to follow instructions;
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Duties include intake of initial client inquiries, scheduling appointments, answering the telephones, responding to a high volume of e-mails, answering client services questions & concerns, maintaining a client database, and other general administrative tasks.
