Bill 102, Arthur Wishart Amendment Act (Franchise Disclosure), 2010 (presently carried on second reading and ordered referred to Standing Committee on Finance and Economic Affairs)  amends the Arthur Wishart Act (Franchise Disclosure), 2000, S.O. 2000, c. 3 requiring franchisors to provide a prospective franchisee with an educational document containing specified information and requiring the prospective franchisee to provide the franchisor with a signed and written acknowledgment that the franchisee has examined the educational document before entering into the agreement.
