Javad Heydary is a litigation lawyer whose practice is focused primarily on commercial, corporate and franchising litigation. Whether managing or assisting other lawyers on files, his litigation practice is restricted to complex dispute resolution matters for a select group of clients. In addition to his litigation practice with Heydary Elliott PC, Javad is also a technology lawyer with Heydary Hayes PC and a business lawyer with Heydary Hamilton PC.
Javad received his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University (Toronto) and his B.A. with distinction (Political Science) from the University of Toronto.
He is a licensed lawyer in Canada and the U.S.; Javad is a member of the Ontario Bar and the New York Bar in addition to being a registered Canadian trade–mark agent.
Javad is fluent in Persian (Farsi) and conversant in Spanish.
