Our roots go back to a small law firm started in the Peel Region.
A three lawyer firm is founded in midtown Toronto as a boutique business & technology firm.
The firm expands to 5 lawyers and is given the name Heydary Hamilton LLP.
The notary public business of Heydary Hamilton LLP is set up as a separate company under the name “Red Seal Notary”.
The firm becomes a full service law firm.
The firm grows to over ten lawyers and takes over an entire floor at 439 University Avenue in downtown Toronto.
The firm is incorporated as a professional corporation.
Heydary Hamilton opens its office in Mississauga.
With over 100 locations (corporate and representative offices), Red Seal Notary becomes Canada’s only national notary public company.
The operations of Heydary Hamilton and Lorne Samuel Law Firm are merged to create Heydary Samuel PC.
Heydary Samuel PC moves into expanded offices in Mississauga and opens a new office in Brampton.
Heydary Hamilton’s head office relocates to the Toronto-Dominion Centre, in the heart of Toronto’s Financial District.
The Heydary family of law firms gains a new addition: Heydary Green PC - the “family law firm of the future.” It is a boutique family law firm serving the people of the Greater Toronto Area from its offices at the TD Centre.
The Heydary Law Firms continue to help thousands of clients.
